approach to education internally and externally.
Our Training and Compliance Program includes:
- Written policies and procedures and standards of conduct
- Internal and external monitoring and auditing
- Prompt corrective action
- Dedicated Compliance Officer and Director of Training
- Weekly internal staff meetings with the Director of Training
- Effective lines of communication internally and externally supported
by face to face meetings, Internet support and telephone support
